At DirectWay, we are committed to providing clear, honest, and affordable immigration advice. Our focus is on helping individuals and families navigate the UK immigration system with confidence and ease.

Our Services

DirectWay Immigration is regulated to provide advice and assistance at IAA Level 1. This means we can support you with straightforward applications and processes that do not involve complex legal arguments or appeals. Our services include:

  • Notifying UKVI of a change of address.

  • Simple applications to vary bail or leave conditions (such as permission to work, study, live at a different address, or report at a different location).

  • Applications for leave or refugee status for UK-born children of refugees or humanitarian protection holders.

  • Straightforward entry clearance, leave to enter, or leave to remain applications (where you already hold valid leave), including:
    • Visitor visas
    • Spouse and unmarried partner visas (5-year route only)
    • Fiancé(e) visas
    • Dependent relative applications
    • EU Settlement Scheme (settled and pre-settled status, including late applications allowed by IAA guidance)
    • Points Based System visa categories
    • UK Ancestry visas
    • Frontier Worker permits
    • ECAA/Appendix ECAA extensions and settlement
    • British National (Overseas) status holder visas
    • Diplomatic staff, family members, and domestic workers

  • Extensions or settlement applications where no complex issues arise (for example, no overstaying outside the permitted period and no need for Article 8 human rights arguments).

  • Out-of-time applications made within 14 days of leave expiring, provided there is a good reason for the delay.

  • Applications to vary the conditions of leave, such as removing a “No Recourse to Public Funds” restriction.

  • Administrative Reviews relating to Level 1-type applications (unless the refusal is based on credibility or the genuineness of documents/relationships).

  • Nationality and citizenship applications, including:
    • Registration of a child as a British citizen
    • Naturalisation as a British citizen
    • Confirmation of nationality status
    • Applications for reconsideration where the Home Office has overlooked evidence or made a premature decision
