Our Services

DirectWay Immigration Limited is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority. We are authorised to provide immigration advice and assistance at IAA Level 3 in Immigration, Asylum and Protection. This allows us to assist with a broad range of immigration matters, including applications, complex casework, asylum and protection claims, human rights representations, appeals, tribunal preparation and representation.

Family and Partner Applications

We assist with spouse visa applications, unmarried partner applications, fiancé(e) visa applications, proposed civil partner applications, parent route applications, child dependant applications, applications involving British or settled children, applications for children born in the UK, leave in line applications for children of refugees or persons with humanitarian protection, adult dependent relative applications, bereaved partner applications, and applications based on domestic violence.

Human Rights, Private Life and Exceptional Circumstances

We assist with applications based on family life, private life, Article 8 ECHR, exceptional circumstances, medical issues, children’s best interests, long residence, overstaying, previous immigration history, and cases which do not fall neatly within the Immigration Rules. This includes FLR(FP), FLR(HRO), Leave Outside the Rules, fee waiver applications, applications to remove a “No Recourse to Public Funds” condition, and applications to vary conditions of leave.

Asylum, Protection and Refugee Family Reunion

We assist with asylum and protection matters, including preparation for asylum interviews, asylum representations, witness statements, humanitarian protection claims, Article 2 and Article 3 ECHR submissions, fresh claims, further submissions, new evidence submissions, refugee family reunion applications, and refugee family reunion appeals.

Appeals and Tribunal Representation

We assist with immigration and asylum appeals before the Immigration Tribunal. This includes reviewing refusal decisions, advising on appeal merits, drafting grounds of appeal, preparing witness statements, preparing appeal bundles, drafting Appellant’s Skeleton Arguments, preparing clients and witnesses for hearings, tribunal representation, applications for permission to appeal, renewed applications to the Upper Tribunal, Rule 15(2A) applications, adjournment applications, and post-hearing submissions.

Administrative Reviews, Reconsideration Requests and Home Office Challenges

We assist with administrative reviews, reconsideration requests, challenges to Home Office errors, delay complaints, urgent representations, requests for decisions to be withdrawn or reconsidered, and pre-action correspondence where appropriate. Where a matter requires judicial review proceedings or other work outside our authorisation, we will advise you clearly and, where necessary, signpost or refer you to an appropriately authorised legal representative.

Settlement, Nationality and British Citizenship

We assist with indefinite leave to remain applications, settlement after partner leave, settlement after refugee status or humanitarian protection, long residence applications, SET(M), SET(LR), SET(P), naturalisation as a British citizen, registration of children as British citizens, confirmation of nationality status, passport-related immigration issues, and applications for reconsideration where the Home Office has overlooked evidence or made a premature decision.

EU Settlement Scheme Applications

We assist with EU Settlement Scheme applications, including settled status, pre-settled status, late applications, upgrades from pre-settled to settled status, joining family member applications, retained rights cases, administrative reviews and appeals relating to EUSS decisions, and Frontier Worker permit applications.

 

Visit Visas and Short-Term Entry Clearance

We assist with standard visitor visas, family visit visas, business visit visas, marriage visitor visas, applications following previous visit visa refusals, and advice on the documents and evidence required to show genuine intention to visit and return.

Pro Bono and Reduced-Fee Assistance

DirectWay Immigration Limited understands that some individuals and families may be facing serious immigration difficulties without the means to pay full professional fees. In limited circumstances, we may consider providing pro bono or reduced-fee assistance.

 

Any pro bono or reduced-fee work is offered entirely at our discretion and will depend on the nature and urgency of the case, the client’s circumstances, the merits of the matter, our current workload, and our professional capacity at the time of the request.

 

We cannot guarantee that pro bono assistance will be available in any particular case. Where we are unable to assist on a pro bono basis, we will explain this clearly and, where appropriate, may signpost you to other sources of advice or support.
